The FAPE Committee hopes to inspire movements of concerned individuals throughout the country to help ensure that children with visual impairments, wherever they live in the United States, have full access to individualized evaluation and instruction in the Expanded Core Curriculum.  The following materials outline how we created a legislative solution to the problem of school districts limiting community-based O&M instruction.
